Yahoo Lifestyle Brynne Edelsten opens up about her dramatic weight loss

It’s a transformation so extreme that even Brynne Edelsten’s famous boobs have shrunk.
Trim, taut and toned, there’s a lot less of the curvy socialite these days, with her bust dwindling to a modest–for her – size 8E, from a bouncy 12G.
Although she never weighs herself, the bubbly blonde reckons she’s shed around 15kg and three dress sizes since the collapse of her marriage to controversial millionaire Geoffrey Edelsten.

‘It’s funny because everyone acts like this weight loss has happened overnight, but you know what? It’s taken me three to three-and-a-half years to get down to a size 6-8 from a size 12.
It’s really just been a matter of time, and a lot of work,’ smiles the 33-year-old, who split from her much-older spouse in early 2014 after discovering he had wooed other women via dating website sugardaddyforme.com.
‘I train at the gym three times a week, I walk everywhere and I’ve given up sugary drinks,’ says the red carpet favourite.

Life is very different since her split from Geoffrey, 72, who has now separated from third wife Gabi Grecko. The flamboyant entrepreneur lavished Brynne with luxury cars, jewellery, clothes and overseas trips following their 2009 wedding, which was rumoured to cost $3 million.
Today, her world is considerably less glitzy, living alone – except for pampered pooch Juddy – in a 25th floor Melbourne apartment with panoramic city views.

Single since parting ways with bodybuilder boyfriend Cemre ‘Red’ Volkan – who was charged last year with aggravated burglary, aggravated common assault, deprivation of liberty, possession of a prohibited drug and threats to injure – Brynne is still looking for love.
‘I wish I could meet someone but I’m definitely single,’ she laughs, a little sadly.
I always go for the wrong type. I tend to date *****. I haven’t really had many successes – but I guess everything is a learning experience.’
