'I've started with slow and controlled movements that focus on rebuilding the strength in my core,' the glowing mum revealed exclusively to New Idea.

Kate Richie's Hospital Panic
A relaxing day at home ended in horror for Kate Ritchie after her 15-month-old daughter Mae was rushed to hospital following a terrible accident. The toddler was treated in hospital on two consecutive days after she was seriously burnt by tipping a hot drink over herself – leaving her parents devastated. The former Home And Away star and her husband, former NRL player Stuart Webb, immediately called 000 for an ambulance while they tried to soothe poor Mae, who was severely distressed. ‘It was obviously an accident, but they keep replaying it over and over,’ a close friend reveals to New Idea.
