Retired AFL player Chris Judd has released a tell-all book of his life called Inside: The Autobiography in which he details his life, including his relationship with Bec Judd.

'I remember thinking that Bec was very beautiful - and quite drunk!', Chris said of their first meeting.
'I had a girlfriend at the time who was overseas. I’d swear I mentioned this to Bec that first afternoon, but Bec is adamant that I did not.'

He said they started off as friends, but their romance soon developed and Perth local Bec moved to Melbourne to be with Chris.

The pair married in 2010 and Bec gave birth to their son Oscar Dylan, in July 2011, and their daughter, Billie Kate in February 2014.
Chris gushed about his wife in the autobiography, saying: 'Bec’s very clever and funny, and to me they’re the two most important traits in a partner.'
