Just two week after it was announced that Charlize Theron and Sean Penn have called off their engagement, the actor has been spotted dining with Minka Kelly' for her 35th birthday.
US Weekly confirmed that the 54-year-old actor took the Almost Human star and her friends out for dinner at Thomas Keller's restaurant, The French Laundry in Napa Valley, California.

"That was their first date, but it was a group setting," an insider revealed to the magazine.
"It was more of a 'let's see how this goes.'"
The ''Gangster Squad star reportedly met Minka at a benefit for his Haiti relief organisation J/P HRO but according to People the pair have been friends for some time.

"They get along great but it's unclear where it's going,” they added.
Sean recently ended his engagement to 39-year-old Charlize after a year and a half together, while Minka has previously dated athlete Derek Jeter and Avengers star Chris Evans.
