Following the news that they are expecting their second child together, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West walked the red carpet at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City.
The reality star debuted her first maternity look at the event, wearing a see-through Proenza Schouler gown which left little up to the imagination when it comes to her baby bump....
34-year-old Kim announced the news during a trailer for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and revealed at the event that she has been suffering from severe morning sickness the second time around.
“To be honest, I’ve had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness — I can barley get out of bed,” she told Us magazine.

“It’s a very different type of pregnancy from my first one, but I'm so grateful to be pregnant when we didn't even think it was going to happen for us [so] I don't care how sick I am.”
Speaking to Glamour magazine, Kim says she and Kanye are "beyond excited".
"I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!" she says in the July issue of the magazine.

The fashion icon went on to discuss how motherhood has made her "a completely different person" since she and Kanye, 37, welcomed daughter North in June 2013.
"I don’t know if it’s growing up or being with Kanye, who’s more private, but I try and live my off time as privately as possible," she said.
"I used to enjoy the spotlight. If I had a day off from filming, I didn’t know what to do. Now I enjoy my family time so much, there is this sense of, If it all went away, and I was just a mom, I would love my life."
"It really changes you. When I found out I was pregnant [with North], I was going through an awful divorce, Kanye and I had just been dating for seven months—granted, we knew each other for a decade—and I was like, “I can’t do this. It’s not the right time.” But then I figured, If I’m in my thirties and I’m not ready, I’ll never be ready. So it’s been the biggest lesson, and the biggest joy of my life."
