William and Kate celebrate fourth anniversary ahead of Royal baby

The 32-year-old Duke of Cambridge and his heavily-pregnant wife - who is now a week past her April 23 due date - enjoyed a low-key wedding anniversary spent at the palace in London on Wednesday.

As the Royal couple celebrated their big day, Royal fans still anxiously await the arrival of baby number two at St. Mary's Hospital.

Well-wisher Maria Scott, 49, said: "It would be lovely to would be an extra special gift for their anniversary."

John Loughrey, 60, added: "It would be terrific – I hope it does happen today."

Parking restrictions have been extended by five days due to the baby's late arrival.

The signs for parking originally went up on April 14 and were to remain through April 30. The restrictions will now continue through May 4, according to a Westminster Council spokesman.
