Kate Winslet has opened up about the effect her two divorces have had on her children in a new interview with Harper's Bazaar.

"I would honestly say that I wouldn’t change a thing. Even all the bad bits. It doesn’t matter how ***** times have been, they all matter, because those things shape who you are. And if you don’t like who you are, well, then you’re ****** really, aren’t you?"

Kate is mum to Mia, 14, from her marriage to Jim Threapleton, and Joe, 11, from her second marriage to director Sam Mendes and she gave birth two-year-old son Bear in 2013 with husband Ned Rocknroll.

The Titanic actress has spoken out about her personal life before, telling Harper's Bazaar in 2011 that she won't let her failed marriages affect her children.
