New dad Ben Van Ryt can’t stop beaming with paternal pride.
"He’s a little miracle – we love him!" says the easygoing carpenter of their first child, sleepy and snuggly little Thomas James.

"Everyone says how much sleep you lose and how tough it is and how big a life change it is, but I reckon it’s for the better, because we’ve had a ball so far," Ben says.
His gorgeous wife Jemma agrees. "We’re absolutely loving it," she gushes. "He’s been such a joy of a baby. He’s sleeping, he’s doing everything right."

Thomas’ arrival on November 21 was even more of a blessing, as Jemma, 28, had an earlier miscarriage shortly after they finished filming House Rules in 2013.
"I fell pregnant again a couple of months later. I was a little bit anxious my whole pregnancy, but it all went to plan and we got a perfect little baby."
