“Million Dollar Listing L.A.'”s Tracy Tutor Leaves Douglas Elliman for Rival Agency as Other Stars Exit Show
The luxury realtor's announcement follows news her costars Josh and Heather Altman are leaving the Bravo series. Josh Flagg has also decamped to Compass
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Tracy Tutor is bidding her agency farewell.
The reality star and luxury real estate agent, 49, has left Douglas Elliman for another high-profile rival brokerage, Compass, according to a spokesperson for the latter agency. Along with Tutor, her 18-person team will also be joining the brokerage across its locations in Beverly Hills, Dallas and Austin.
"My brand has always been rooted in innovation and growth, and joining Compass aligns with my vision for the future of my business," Tutor said in a statement shared with PEOPLE.
"This partnership will not only enhance my ability to serve clients in California and Texas but also enable me to expand my reach into new markets, elevate my team's capabilities, and continue setting the standard in the luxury real estate industry,” the star added.
The veteran realtor's decision to exit Elliman comes as MDLLA appears to be on pause. (Bravo has not yet announced a new season since season 15 wrapped last fall.)
Her friendly rival and MDLLA castmate have also made major career changes recently. Josh Flagg also departed Elliman for Compass in March 2024. While Josh Altman and his wife Heather announced their exit from the long-running Bravo series altogether in October.
Tutor first came to work at Elliman’s California flagship office in Beverly Hills with both Flagg, 39, and Altman, 45, in December 2021.
Announcing his departure from Elliman in March 2024, Flagg shared a statement with PEOPLE, saying, “I am excited to begin this next chapter with Compass.”
“While I am grateful for my journey thus far, especially for my former colleagues who are like family, I am finally ready to embark on my next venture and I look forward to the great things we will accomplish together," he added.

Altman, meanwhile, told PEOPLE exclusively in October that he and Heather "just felt the time was right" for them to leave the show. "We’ve kind of been on the fence the last couple years about if we kept pushing through. It was a very tough decision and it’s bittersweet for us."
"Since season 15 aired, and now that we’re on a pause, Heather and I have had some real quality time with the kids,” he added. “We’re just at that point in our lives where our family comes first and our kids are growing up so fast. We just have to cherish every moment and take it in."
He also noted that his departure from the long-running series has "nothing to do with relationships on the show,” seemingly referencing the onscreen tensions between himself and Flagg seen in the latest season.
