Miley Cyrus, 28, revealed her long, lean legs onstage at the Austin City Limits music festival in a new post on Instagram.
The pop star rocked a red, shimmery pair of shorts that totally showed off her killer muscles.
Miley says Pilates and Ashtanga yoga are important parts of her fitness routine.
"Wouldn’t be a finale festival show without GLAM & FAM!" Miley captioned her post. "The Coyne’s made it to soooooo many shows this season! Y’all’s love and loyalty means the 🌎 & bein Auntie Meow to BB Bloom & BB#2 is one of my biggest joys on earth! I’m so fucking sentimental today!"

Miley took the stage at the Austin City Limits music festival in Texas and really blew audience members away. Her Instagram comments say it all: "It’s a yes for meeeee 😍," one user wrote. Someone else added, "you look like the 4th of July," and honestly? Jennifer Coolidge would be proud of this 'fit:
Wondering just how Miley stays in shape? For starters, she's a dedicated yogi. She explained to Jimmy Fallon that Ashtanga yoga is one of her fave ways to get moving. “The thing about Ashtanga yoga is that sometimes it can be really uninspiring because the teacher will say, ‘Oh, don’t worry that’s just going to take you 10 years [to get], and you’re like ‘Wait, what?” she said.
Miley has also been into Pilates since 2013—and she practiced it daily at one point, according to Harper's Bazaar Australia. The "Heart of Glass" singer even installed a Pilates studio in her home so she could always squeeze a quick session in (now that's dedication!).
Sometimes, Miley jams out during her cardio sessions for the ultimate performance prep. "Don’t GET ready. STAY ready! 🤘🏻💋☠️🎸♠️🃏🚀🏍👹 #ShoesOptional #StyleMandatory," she captioned an older vid of herself running on the treadmill while rocking out:
As for her diet, Miley used to stick to a strict vegan diet. But, she started incorporating more foods into her diet (like fish) after she noticed she was having health problems. “Now I’m so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned [sic,]” she told Us Weekly.
“I’m experimenting a lot with my diet, and my body, and my routine and my exercise right now," Miley added, noting that she considers herself pescatarian now. In any case, it's clearly working for her!
