This search engine pays you every time you look something up — here's how to cash in

Google users, listen up.

Suffice it to say that the majority of people use Google over Bing. On any given day, the search engine receives more than 40,000 searches per second, according to data from InternetLiveStats.

However, if you’re one of the majority of people who uses Google as their default search engine, you might just give Bing a try after watching this eye-opening video from TikTok user juuzd.

As juuzd points out, Bing has a rewards program that will literally pay you in gift cards just for using the search engine.

“Every time you search something in your search bar … you accumulate points,” juuzd explains. “The cool thing about these points is that they add up and then you can redeem them for actual gift cards for actual places.”

These Bing “points” are part of the Microsoft Rewards program, which allows you to trade in points earned for Microsoft purchases, Xbox games and gift cards.

On juuzd’s “redeem” page, some of the gift cards available include Taco Bell, Starbucks, Hulu, Burger King, Dunkin’ Donuts, Target and Sephora.

Google users were shocked to learn about Bing’s reward program.

“WHAT I’m so switching to bing,” one person said.

“Ok but Bing smart af for this,” another user commented.

“Say what im going to bing,” a third person added.

According to juuzd, the only caveat is that you can only earn up to a certain number of points per day — 270 to be exact.
