Michelle Obama To Appear On ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’
Former First Lady Michelle Obama will appear next week on Jennifer Hudson’s syndicated talk show.
Obama will talk about her new book, Overcoming: A Workbook, which is based on her best seller, The Light We Carry. They also will talk about Obama’s role as executive producer of the Netflix series The Later Daters, and will be joined by cast members Logan Ury and Dr. Anise Mastin. The episode will air on Tuesday.

The Jennifer Hudson Show also will feature upcoming guests Halle Bailey, Smokey Robinson, Keith Urban, Aaron Pierre, Lucky Daye and Jeffrey Wright.
The show is produced by JHUD Productions and Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in association with Telepictures. This will be Obama’s first appearance on the show.
Publisher Clarkson Potter says that in the book, “Obama draws on her experiences to offer readers the tools and principles she has leaned on to overcome difficulties in all areas of life.”
Hudson performed at the White House in 2010 during Barack Obama’s first term as part of PBS’ In Performance at the White House. She also sang at the White House Juneteenth Concert in 2023, hosted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.
