Talk about return on investment: People who have more sex make more money, say researchers at Anglia Ruskin University in the U.K.

In the survey, getting it on more than four times per week was associated with raking in five per cent more dough, on average, than those who knock boots less often.

The reason: “Sexual activity is associated with good health, endurance, mental well-being, and good dietary habits, which positively affect wages,” says study author Dr Nick Drydakis. Plus, frequent sex is linked to emotional stability and extraversion—qualities that can take you far in the workplace, he adds.

While upping your between-the-sheets antics won’t automatically score you a raise, earning more money may earn you more nookie, Drydakis says. “Higher wages can increase your value and appeal on the dating market.”
