Going green smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup (160g) green grapes
1/2 cup (78g) pineapple chunks
2 cups (60g) fresh spinach, packed
1/2 ripe banana, peeled
1/2 cup (120ml) water
1/2 cup (120ml) ice cubes

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Secure lid and blitz on high for one minute.
3. Serve immediately over ice.

    Nutritional Powerhouse? According to Dr Oz Johnny almost missed the boat completely - while there was nothing in it that would do us any real harm, conversely there was nothing much in the ingredients to give the drink the title "powerhouse" either.

    i have a green smoothie every morning which is avacado spinach banana parsley lemon lime green apple water ice blend, it' gives you energy and seems to last you most of the morning i make enough for at least two large glasses
