Here we go again. Weather forecasters have been predicting gale force winds from Ulladulla to Newcastle and still there are idiots who go out to sea on sailboards canoes dinghies and expect emergency services to be there at there beckon call. Come on sportsmen use some logic in the upstairs locker.

I have reached 67 and still walk and cycle most days now. If I hear 'You shouldn't be doing that at your age ' once more I'll do the lolly.

Don't allow other, UN-motivated people, in your Gym, stop you from your workout, many people use the gym as a social club, they just stand around talking, and texting on their mobiles, if you know these people, they will stop you from achieving your goals, go to the gym, when you know these De-motivators will NOT be there.

You either have self-discipline, or you don't. There are no tricks.
