“I’m 42-years of age and I thought I should see what the best snapshot of Merrick Watts looks like,” he explains.

“I’ve never seen my abs before and it’s a bit like Santa...I believe they exist, but I haven’t seen them.”

“My wife’s really excited because she’s always wanted to be with a guy with a good rig.”

Working around his hectic day-job as a drive time presenter on Triple M, Merrick is training six days a week to lose his love-handles while also overhauling his diet. “Booze is the biggest challenge,” he admits. “Socially, it’s a bit of an impairment.”

Check out his weekly workout schedule to blast away fat and join Merrick on his mission to get himself back into the best shape of his life. “If I can do it,” he says. “The anyone can.”
