The breakfast Meghan Markle makes for guests at Kensington Palace

She’s known as a health nut, who loves nothing more than starting her day with yoga, green juice and a glass of hot water with lemon.

But it seems Meghan Markle is also an avocado on toast fan, just like us!

The former Suits star’s makeup artist, who created her stunning wedding day look back in May 2018, has posted an image to his Instagram, showing off the breakfast the Duchess of Sussex cooked him at Kensington Palace yesterday.

Daniel Martin ,who is also the man behind Olivia Palermo, Jessica Alba and Elizabeth Moss’s flawless complexions, showed off two plates of avocado on toast, alongside a pot of tea and four chocolate truffles.

“Back to our Tig days. Thank you Meghan for being the consummate hostess this weekend and still being the #avocadotoast whisperer, YUM!,” he wrote alongside the snap.

The Tig was Meghan Markle’s blog, which she shut down when she and Prince Harry got serious in 2017.

The site was littered with the now Duchess’ favourite food, travel destinations, beauty advice and previously unseen pictures of her from her Hollywood days.

“To all my Tig friends. After close to three beautiful years on this adventure with you, it’s time to say goodbye to The Tig,” she wrote in a farewell to followers of her blog back in 2017.

“ What began as a passion project (my little engine that could) evolved into an amazing community of inspiration, support, fun and frivolity. You’ve made my days brighter and filled this experience with so much joy.

“Keep finding those Tig moments of discovery, keep laughing and taking risks, and keep being “the change you wish to see in the world.”

“Above all, don’t ever forget your worth – as I’ve told you time and time again: you, my sweet friend, you are enough. Thank you for everything.Xx”

Her makeup artist’s Instagram account is scattered with images of the Duchess, from his time with the star on her wedding day, to older photos of the now Duchess applying lip gloss and eating raspberries off her fingers.

One photo shows a close-up of Meghan’s wedding day makeup, which was praised everywhere for letting her freckles and natural beauty shine through.

“My dearest Meghan, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to be a part of such a memorable day, not only in your life, but in history. It was just like old times playing dress up and I’m looking forward to our next play dates together. Cheers to love my friend,” he wrote.
