Meghan's dad tells 'arrogant' Harry to 'man up'

Time after time Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle, has attempted to reach out to the royal couple only to be met with a cold no-response that’s left him claiming he is being ghosted’ by the Duchess.

Now his threats appear to be getting sterner as he demands it’s time for Prince Harry to “man up and get over it.”

Previously it was revealed Prince Harry had urged his father-in-law to stop speaking about Meghan to the press.

But while speaking to The Sun, the 74-year-old admitted that he’ll keep talking and will “probably get louder.”

“Meghan and Harry’s silence empowers all the crazy tweets and insults against me and my family,” Thomas said in an interview.

As for now, his message to Harry is simple:

“Man up and get over it. If I’m the first person who’s insulted you or hurt your feelings, you’ve got a long way to go”

“He’s human just like the rest of us. I feel that he feels he is above everyone else and that he has a right to talk down to people.

“And I cannot accept that. It feels like arrogance,” the Mexican-based former lighting director added.

Thomas admitted that while he may have made a few mistakes, he believes he has done nothing that deserves the icy treatment he is currently getting from the royal couple.

And now that his family is in the spotlight, including his daughter Samantha Markle – who has caused controversy of her own – he feels he has to speak out in order to defend them.

“This whole thing should have been one of the proudest moments of my life. Now it’s like a dream that has turned into a nightmare,” Thomas told The Sun.

But despite the ‘nightmare’ that he now says he lives with, Thomas is still hoping that he can get more involved in his daughter’s life and will one day meet his new grandchild who is expected to arrive in Spring in the UK.
