Meghan Trainor And Daryl Sabara Are Going In A New Direction With Their Dual Toilet Bathroom This Time Around, And It's Hilarious

Meghan Trainor is sharing too much information again, and I'm unapologetically seated.

Here's the thing about the "All About That Bass" singer and her husband, Daryl Sabara: They love oversharing.

But, as a fan of Meghan's bops, rewatching Spy Kids, and seeing updates of their adorable children on social media, I'm here for the random reveals and revelations.

Sometimes, Meghan gets real, like when she opened up about her experience with painful intercourse, her diagnosis of the condition Vaginismus, and why she decided to speak publicly about it despite the internet taking it out of context.

Other times, it's lower stakes, like hilariously rapping the story behind that viral sex shop paparazzi picture or sharing a photo of Daryl's "dad bod," which had me shouting, "Dang, Juni."

But, the overshare moment that took the cake was when Meghan told everybody about her side-by-side his-and-her toilets.

In an interview with Dax Shepard on Armchair Expert, Meghan revealed that she's planning on upgrading her two-toilet bathroom in her new home.

"We're moving into a new house, and it has a toilet facing this way and a bidet across from it," she said. "So I need to make this [bidet] a toilet. So it's gonna be a little different, but it's a tighter bathroom area, so we will be close. Knees to knees."

And although she admitted to pooping next to Daryl a couple of times, she has strict rules for the close-quarters commodes. "Oh, I don't like him pooping next to me," Meghan added. "I tell him that. I go, 'You know you're not supposed to do that.' We just pee. We're not shittin'. You guys assumed poop, didn't you?"

Meghan has a rather practical answer if you're wondering why the celebrity couple is doubling down on the twin toilets. "Here's why we did it: because we have young babies, so we're getting up every hour on the hour, and this dude pees like a girl, so I was like, 'Get out of my way, I have to piss,'" Meghan said.

"Sometimes, if I'm peeing and he has to go, I'll open up my legs, and I go, 'Go in!' And he's like, 'No, I'm not doing that.' There's a shower; figure it out. So then I solved this crime, and I was like, 'We're gonna pee at the same time, in our own bowls.'"

And while she originally received backlash for her two toilets back in 2021, Meghan is living her truth and sitting on business. "I got destroyed for this online," Meghan said. "They're like, 'Imagine thinking this is normal.' I was like, 'Sorry, you don't know what love is!' I said it, like, once casually on a podcast, and then it blew up."
