In a series of tweets, Kensington Palace explains that last summer "a group of women gathered in a communal kitchen at the Al Manaar Centre in West London, where they could prepare fresh food for their families, friends and neighbors." More and more women joined what's now called the Hubb Community Kitchen-including the Duchess, who visited the kitchen in January and has been making private visits to cook with the community.

Profits from the book will go straight back to the Hubb kitchen-and by the way, Hubb means "love" in Arabic, so this project couldn't have a more perfect name.
