Meghan Markle opted for a summery ensemble for a recent meeting with activist Gloria Steinem.
In a teaser clip of their “backyard chat”, which was shared on the Makers Women’s Instagram account on 25 August, the 36-year-old royal discusses women’s rights and the importance of voting with the 86-year-old feminist.
Speaking in the video, which was filmed by filmmaker Matt Sayles, Meghan gushed over meeting one of the pioneers of the American feminist movement in the late sixties.
“Today is a pretty great day, for me, it’s a pretty great day,” she said.
For the social distanced meeting, Prince Harry’s wife paired a classic V-neck white T-shirt, with Anine Bing striped trousers, a straw sun hat and black Rhea sandals from Stella McCartney, which are on sale for £263 (down from £525).
She accessorised with her go-to Monica Vinader Linear Friendship bracelet, which she has worn on a number of recent engagements, as well as her Cartier Love bracelet.
The striped herringbone-jacquard straight-leg pants boast a high-waist detail - and are currently available in all sizes on Net-a-Porter.
