Megan Fox Is Pregnant With Her Fourth Child

Megan Fox has good news.

On Monday, the actor announced on Instagram that she's pregnant and expecting her fourth child.

She is expecting the baby with rapper and boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, and Megan sweetly nodded to a previous miscarriage she experienced while sharing her news.

She posted two photos. The first is from a maternity photoshoot, where Megan is covered in black paint and cradling her stomach. MGK was tagged in the photo.

The second photo was of a positive pregnancy test.

Megan captioned her Instagram, "nothing is ever really lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️."

According to People, Megan revealed in her 2023 poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous that she previously suffered a miscarriage at 10 weeks.

She also opened up about her miscarriage in a Good Morning America interview the same year.

"I had never been through anything like that before in my life," she told GMA. "I have three kids. So, it was very difficult for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, and together and apart, and together and apart, and together and apart, trying to navigate, 'What does this mean? And why did this happen?'"

Megan shares three boys with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.
