Meet Baylen Dupree, Star of the New TLC Series 'Baylen Out Loud' (Exclusive Clip)
On Jan. 13, a brand new reality series Baylen Out Loud premieres on TLC—and the network shared an exclusive clip with Parade introducing its star, Baylen Dupree.
From the first few seconds of the sneak peek, it's clear that Dupree, a young woman from West Virginia, has a unique story to tell.
"My name is Baylen, I am 21 years old, and I have Tourette syndrome—and a little baby weenie," she said. "Spotted alone in a safari, an itty baby weenie! Sorry, I'm excited. F--k off!"

She explained, "Tourette syndrome is a neurological involuntary motor and vocal disorder that is chronic. Chronic d--k. Slap that w----r. Wrap that w----r. Tap that w----r."
Baylen added that Tourette syndrome causes her to have tics, which she described as "sudden twinges, sounds, or movements that I do repetitively."
"When I get the urge to tic, it feels like my skin is crawling and it's very, very itchy," she detailed. "After I do the tic, or release the tic, the urge goes away."
Baylen's tics can "come from anything," she told producers in the exclusive clip.
"Anything I see, hear, smell, think about—makin' waffles, makin' waffles, makin' waffles—like that because I'm thinking about that," she said.
"I'm trying not to look at him," Baylen told producers in another scene while pointing to a cameraman. "Him! Because every time I see a bald person, I have to tell them they're bald. So, you're bald!"
"The most random things can become a tic or tics," she concluded. "I have Tourette syndrome, stupid!"
To learn more about Dupree's journey, catch the series premiere of Baylen Out Loud on Monday, Jan. 13 at 9 p.m. ET on TLC and the next day on Max.
