'Mean Girls' Fans Missed Lacey Chabert and Jonathan Bennett's Reunion
Um, did Mean Girls fans catch these two stars involved in a reunion that'll warm your hearts?
Lacey Chabert and Jonathan Bennett frequently collaborate with Hallmark to star in projects that people love to watch. Well, Jonathan lent a helping hand as he met with Lacey to star in an episode of her Hallmark+ reality series Celebrations With Lacey Chabert. The October 10 installment saw the two working together to honor a young boy named Justin, who found a love for frogs and a passion for saving rainforests. As a result, the two planned an epic party that celebrated everything Justin stood for, all while partnering with his favorite organization, Reserva: The Youth Land Trust.
Given how it's rare to see Lacey and Jonathan team up for something, Hallmark naturally had to shout out the highlight on Instagram. "We love a reunion 🥰," read the caption on October 14. "Join @thereallacey & @JonathanBennett in #CelebrationsWithLaceyChabert with a new episode dropping every Thursday exclusively on #HallmarkPlus!"
Upon seeing the former Mean Girls stars link up for a special cause, folks couldn't get enough of having Lacey and Jonathan sharing the same screen once again.
"Aaron and Gretchen!!! ❤️," one person wrote in the comments. "I love this and both of you!👏👏👏✨❤️," another declared. "Great to see you both together again," a different viewer added.
We love to see two former co-stars back together again! And just to excite fans even more, this won't be the only time Lacey and Jonathan will be on the Hallmark screens this season.
As folks may know, Lacey's upcoming movie The Christmas Quest will air on December 1 as part of Hallmark's Countdown to Christmas movie event. What's more, Jonathan will be hosting Finding Mr. Christmas on Hallmark+, with the winner getting the chance to star in his own holiday movie for the network. And as for Jonathan's acting chops, he's starring in The Groomsmen trilogy, a Hallmark+ original movie series. The first installment, The Groomsmen: First Look, premiered on Thursday, October 17, with the next two installments coming out on October 24 and October 31.
Needless to say, we're ready to get back into our Mean Girls era in an entirely new way!
