This MasterChef contestant just made history
With MasterChef in its ninth year of being on Aussie television screens, you would assume everything that can be done on the show, has been done.
However, one contestant just made history on Tuesday night’s show.
Sashi Cheliah became the first contestant ever to win not one, but two coveted immunity pins.
In order to scoop the prestigious Aussie first, he came head-to-head with Andy Harmer in last night’s immunity challenge.
Both produced lamb dishes, but Sashi came out on top securing a 27/30 from the judges and winning that enviable second immunity pin.
The 39-year-old prison officer then dedicated the win to his two sons. Awww.
Many fans quickly threw their support behind Sashi on Twitter after his monumental win.
WOOOOOOO SASHI!!!!!!! I am literally cheering here!! Well done @sashi_cheliah!! Doing SA proud!! #MasterChefAU
