Fans stunned by MAFS star's dramatic 'transformation'

She lit up our TV screens as a bubbly bride on the fifth season of Married At First Sight - even though she didn’t end up finding love with pub manager Sean Donnelly.

Now Jo McPharlin, 40 - known as Foxy JoJo on the show - is stunning her fans with a dramatic body transformation.

When the mum-of-two shared a photo to Instagram on Wednesday, her followers were quick to remark on her noticeably slimmed-down frame.

"OMG, want to share what you have been up to? You look amazing, not that you weren't before, but that is one hell of a transformation sweet lady," one commented.

“Ummmmm skinny minny who’s lost lots of weight then well done you looking beautiful as always,” said another.

"Literally Foxy Jo Jo! You look amazing [...] What's your secret with your weight loss hun, please share so we too can look as foxy as you," asked one follower.

Foxy JoJo’s svelte new appearance even prompted at least one person to ask if she’d gone under the knife.

“Did you diet or have surgery?” they wrote.

The blonde beauty’s MAFS co-stars were also amazed by her transformation.

"You look HOT!🔥🔥🔥," gushed Sarah Roza who was paired with Telv Williams on the 2018 season.

"Looking good JoJo ❤️,” added Ashley Irvin.

Body positive babe

Following her reality TV stint, Jo has been modelling for Aussie curvy clothing label Kennedys Boutique, and also uses social media to promote a message of body positivity.

“Embrace your curves” reads her Instagram bio, and she regularly shares memes with inspiring quotes such as, “Confidence will make you happier than any diet ever will! Embrace your body!”

Jo rang in the new year by facing her fears and stripping down to a lacy black bra and knickers for a daring lingerie photoshoot.

“It was the absolute best thing I have ever done in my life and I totally see myself in a complete different light now,” she wrote on Instagram.

“To all the men and women out there please love what you have,” she added.
