Lily-Rose Depp (yep, Depp as in daughter of Johnny) has landed her first film role, starring alongside Oscar-winner Natalie Portman in 1930s-set French drama Planetarium.

Set to be directed by French filmmaker Rebecca Zlotowski, Variety has reported that Depp and Portman will play spiritualist sisters who have the ability to connect with ghosts and “cross paths with a visionary French producer while performing in Paris.”

Not much else is known, but we do know that the drama will be in French, with some political commentary and a connection to the contemporary European crisis and rise of extremism.

After having made her it-girl debut at the Chanel Metiers d’Art show in April, it’s clear that this is only the beginning for the 15-year-old daughter of Captain Jack and Chanel muse Vanessa Paradis.

Stay tuned; we’re sure this is only the beginning for the genetically blessed Lily-Rose Depp.
