The cast of the all-female Ghostbusters reboot took a break from filming and visited a Children’s Hospital in Boston over the weekend. Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones jumpsuited up – complete with portable proton packs – for a trip to the Tufts Medical Centre in the Floating Hospital For Children to meet patients and pose for pictures with their family.

The facility shared all the pictures on their social media channels, thanking the stars of the film for being so generous with their time.

“[We] got a huge surprise today when Ghostbusters stars… came to visit,” the Facebook post said. “Thank you for taking the time out of filming today to put a big smile on our patients faces!”

The cast are currently filming the highly anticipated sci-fi reboot in Boston. The film, which is director by Bridesmaids’ Paul Feig, is slated for release in July next year.
