Emma Watson has been named Most Outstanding Woman In The World by Askmen.com, with the website referring to the actress as "incredible".

The 24-year old, who is a UN Goodwill Ambassador, was recognised for her many talents and down-to-earth nature.

"Emma Watson is so many incredible things at once - rich, successful, famous, stylish, beautiful, intelligent, personable, kind," said publisher James Bassil. "And yet, rather than be content with a life of luxury, she's thrown her back into a serious social issue in an effort to shift the way our society treats women."

Watson made headlines throughout 2014 after launching the #HeForShe campaign, which advocates for gender equality.

Watson made a passionate speech on the subject at the UN, which made an impact on a number of high profile faces. Taylor Swift, Russell Crowe and Simon Pegg threw their support behind the star, while Cate Blanchett, voiced her admiration for the campaign.

"I was so f**king proud of Emma Watson's speech at the UN," said Blanchett last month. "It was brilliant, such an incredible use of her airspace, and really passionate. It was fantastic."
