Yahoo Lifestyle The Male Stars Who "Beg" To Attend The Victoria’s Secret Show

As one of the biggest productions of the year, the Victoria's Secret runway show is always the hottest ticket in town.
Just ask America's Next Top Model host Nigel Barker, who told the New York Post that suddenly all his friends become available on the night.
"Whenever I get invited to a Victoria's Secret show... my male friends all [pop] up out of nowhere wanting to come to the show," Barker said. "And they're very pleased with themselves if they get picked to come.
Barker describes the show as unmissable, saying it's a high-energy, football-stadium scenario.
"It's not like a regular fashion show. There are like 30 rows of seats going high to the ceiling. It's like a Greek amphitheatre."
And in a very Chuck Bass like move, Ed Westwick, former Gossip Girl star, pleaded with the Victoria's Secret crew to get him into the show just days before it took place.

Luckily for him, the organisers were clearly Gossip Girl fans, because he posted a lot of photos of himself in the front row, not to mention backstage, with some of the girls.
Not everyone is so lucky though: the highly secure production has a strict invite only guest list, which includes industry influencers, celebrities and VIPS.
"The afterparty is where the real action is," a nightlife source told the New York Post. "All of the Angels are there, the booze is flowing, and the room has been carefully curated. You have to imagine that the women know these men are all there for a reason, whether they're connected to the brand, are a celebrity, or it's a case of pay-to-play. It's definitely not amateur hour."
