Beyoncé, Rihanna, Jay Z, Kanye West and Pharrell Williams aren't happy with French fashion label ElevenParis, so they've teamed up to do something about it.

The stars have filed a complaint with the Southern District of New York and they are demanding a trial against the company for selling a range of T-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, hats, phone cases, and backpacks using their images, names and lyrics without permission.

According to reports, the party are accusing Eleven Paris of committing over 50 violations including "publicity violations, willful trademark infringement, unfair competition and dilution, among a score of other blatant statutory and common law violations."

The Hollywood heavyweights take issue with the company's unlawful use of images, lyrics and names of what they refer to as "some of the most famous musical artists and entrepreneurs in the world" and profiting from them without permission.

According to the court documents this isn't the first time ElevenParis has been warned to stop selling the unauthorised products.

"Even after receiving warning to cease selling the infringing goods, defendants continue to sell unauthorised products and to trade upon the goodwill associated with the plaintiffs, all for defendants' profits."
