Everyone knows the Superbowl is as much about the ads as the football.

With this in mind, Victoria's Secret has released its first commercial for the sporting event in seven years - and it certainly makes up for its hiatus.

Karlie Kloss, Behati Prinsloo, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel and Adriana Lima all star in the short film, which depicts the girls in their lingerie at a range of iconic destinations around the world.

Interestingly, the ad doesn't touch on football at all until the end shot, which reads, "Let the real games begin..."

At the moment, the commercial is only 30 seconds long, but will reportedly be extended during the Super Bowl.

According to TIME however, the brief airtime will cost Victoria's Secret a cool $4.5 million.

"This year, a Super Bowl ad costs roughly $4.5 million for 30 seconds of air time, up $500,000 from 2014," reported TIME.

Last week, the brand had fans confused when it released a video of the Angels dressed in football gear - but, as it turns out, it was simply an ad for Valentine's Day.

"We're not crazy enough to do a commercial where all of our girls are dressed like football players," said a spokesperson for the brand. "We do what we do - it's two weeks to Valentine's Day."
