What’s the inspiration behind your spring/summer collection?
This collection works around contrast - I started researching a nautical/militaristic feeling, combined with the idea of a shipwreck. There's a mixture of men's suiting codes, navy suiting, metal buttons mixed with this ragged, natural feeling. There's a refined and dishevelled vibe, making it modern and easy to wear.

In your opinion, what are some of the big trends we can expect to see on the catwalk at MBFWA?
Longer line skirts alongside the micro mini : two sides of the same coin.

How will you be using social media during fashion week?
I try to use Instagram to showcase the things that otherwise get overlooked during the cacophony of fashion week. This year, I'll be broadcasting close ups of the garments as the show takes place, to allow an insight into the detail and care that goes into each every garment.

What are you most looking forward to at fashion week this year?
Being able to show again in Australia is always exciting. Having recently shown in Milan with Woolmark, I love coming back to my home ground and being a part of the incredible fashion scene that Australia is creating.

What will you be doing after fashion week wraps?
I'm flying to the states for a week.
