Camilla And Marc Kicks Off Fashion Week

Camilla And Marc Kicks Off Fashion Week

It's not often a brand can boast 10 successful years in the fashion business, but that's exactly what Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman did this morning.

The camilla and marc duo kicked off Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week week with an impressive collection inspired by the Russian Matryoshka doll, which Freeman-Topper says symbolises "the layers of the label's past."

And so it did - crisp whites fused with metallic gold and stark blacks in textures of lace, leather and fine jacquard, culminating in a collection that is signature camilla and marc.

The standouts of the collection include finely tailored jackets, drop-crotch trousers and elegantly embellished sheer shirts.

"This season we feature a bold and graphic jacquard, wadded stretch leather and embossed snakeskin leather, techno scuba and both printed, wadded satin textures and a rich in texture gold jacquard," Freeman-Topper explained, adding that the collection "embodies" the essence of the camilla and marc brand and how it will continue to evolve in the future.

Looking ahead, it seems the only way is up for this dynamic brand.
