Are you a skincare, makeup, fragrance or hair girl?
Definitely makeup. I hoard products so I can always use something new in my video tutorials. The new Australis Metallix Eyeshadows are really fun and amazing quality. They don't crease at all which is super rare for a cream product, and they look like molten metal on the eyelid. I also love the new Nars All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation – it’s so thin and you only need one drop to get full coverage.

What’s your go-to weekday beauty look?
I like to smudge out Bobbi Brown black liner on my lash line for an every day smoky look. I just do my upper lid, and keep it thin on the inner corners and thicker at the outer corners, so my eyes appear lifted at the ends. It’s super sexy.

And your after-hours style?
I love to enhance my eyes most, and winged liner is my favourite makeup for special occasions. The Napoleon Perdis Matte Eye Ink is universally flattering and you can pair it with any lip shade.

Do you have a favourite fragrance?
Definitely Jimmy Choo Exotic – it’s so fruity and delicious and smells like raspberries. I reserve that for evening or when I want people to notice me. For day, See by Chloe is light and unique. My favourite men’s cologne is Silver Scent by Jacques Bogart. The best part is that it’s not expensive, but I haven’t noticed many men wearing it.

Talk me through the ideal makeup when you’re taking a #iwokeuplikethis selfie?
I adore the Curtis Collection Naked Glow CC Cream for the bare skin look, a neutral eyebrow pencil from Elizabeth Arden to fill in gaps and fake fuller brows, Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye Mascara to give the illusion of thousands of lashes, and a nude lipliner like Nude Beauty from Make Up Store. For the natural look I wouldn't use blush or highlighter, but if someone did want to use those products, I would suggest cream products - Stila Convertible Colour is a great option, and the Luma by Jess Hart Illuminating Highlighter is the perfect, undetectable luminiser. To ensure you don't look greasy in photos, only apply highlighter in a few places, like cheekbones, the cupids bow and brow bone, and use blotting paper or a cream mattifier to remove oil – using a powder can make you look cakey, which defeats the purpose of natural makeup.
