Mariah Carey Shares Rare Photos With Her and Nick Cannon’s Twins During World Travels

Mariah Carey is taking full advantage of her international performances to show her children the wonders of the world.

The “Heartbreaker” singer, who shares 13-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with Nick Cannon, has taken to posting photos of herself and the kids visiting some of the world’s most iconic landmarks.

On Sept. 14, the “Always Be My Baby” songstress shared a series of snaps on Instagram of the trio taking in the sights at the Great Wall of China. “It really is great! 🦋,” she captioned the carousel of photos.

“Beautiful family,” commented one fan, while others shared their love for Mimi by saying, “We ❤️ you Mariah.”

Carey was in China for a pair of performances at Beijing Workers Stadium on Sept. 15 and 16, reports Good Morning America.

The family then traversed the globe, landing in Brazil where they posed in front of the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro. “So grateful to finally visit Cristo Redentor while here in Rio with Roc and Roe! What a moment ❤️🇧🇷,” shared the singer.

Carey’s Brazilian fans flocked to the post, commenting with emojis of the country’s flag and calling the musician and her family “Hermosos 👏👏👏,” or “beautiful” in Portuguese.

Last month, Carey shared the news that both her mother Patricia and sister Alison died on the same day. Carey was open about her tumultuous relationship with her family, detailing their struggles in her 2020 memoir The Meaning of Mariah Carey.

The singer told People on Aug. 26 that “my heart is broken that I’ve lost my mother this past weekend. Sadly, in a tragic turn of events, my sister lost her life on the same day.” She went on to say that she felt “blessed” that she “was able to spend the last week with my mom before she passed.”
