Maria Georgas Shuts Down 'False Rumor' She Dated Pete Davidson, Confirms He's 'Not in Rehab' and Has Been 'Sober for Months'
'The Bachelor' alum weighed in on the rampant speculation she and the comedian were recently romantically linked
There is nothing romantic going on between Pete Davidson and Maria Georgas.
The Bachelor alum posted on her Instagram Stories on Nov. 19 to clear up speculation that had been circulating about a previous relationship between her and the comedian, 31, which several news outlets had picked up.
"Never dated Pete. False rumor," she wrote in a post on her Stories. "I'm friends with his sister. Case closed."

In a second post, Georgas, 30, also clarified that Davidson is "not in rehab and has been sober for months."
"Can't believe this s--- it's very insulting to his recovery and my mental health," she wrote. "He's literally home."
The speculation comes following the end of Davidson's 10-month relationship with Outer Banks star Madelyn Cline, which PEOPLE confirmed in July, and after he checked into a wellness facility later that month.
Davidson sought out mental health treatment in late July, a source told PEOPLE, as he continued focusing on his sobriety. The source said his friends and family were proud that the SNL alum has continued to take care of himself and that his mental health has "always been a priority."

Davidson has always been transparent about his mental health and has addressed his previous stints in rehab several times, most recently in September 2023 at a show with John Mulaney and Jon Stewart in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
He joked he had "that post-rehab glow" as he said was was "fresh out of rehab."
Following his stay over the summer, a source told PEOPLE the comedian was "back in the swing of things" and doing well.
"He looks better and healthier than he's ever looked and he's feeling happy."

Earlier this month, he made a surprise cameo on Saturday Night Live during the show Mulaney, 42, hosted.
During a sketch about New York City's Port Authority bus station's Duane Reade, Davidson and cast member Andrew Dismukes joined Mulaney, and Davidson's bare arms were on display as he continues the removal of many of his tattoos, which he first spoke about last year.
