MAFS star Mike's dramatic hair transformation

Forget Jess and Dan’s Married At First Sight affair because the secret behind Mike Gunner’s hairline has finally been revealed.

Gold Coast clinic, Hairline Solutions, has uploaded a before and after snap of the 43-year-old electrician’s scalp, which shows the results of his scalp micropigmentation – a cosmetic tattoo that gives the illusion of a buzz cut.

“Mike had his SMP treatment done by Aaron at Hairline Solutions in August 2018, just prior to the commencement of filming,” the caption read.

“We had been recommended to Mike by one of his close friends who’d also received a treatment from Aaron.”

Mike looks delighted with his new look in the photos and fans have been quick to say how good he looks on the @Mafsfunny Instagram account.

“Holy s*** this is clever,” one person wrote, while another said it “makes him look younger”.

Rumours have been swirling that Mike has a new girlfriend and has moved on from wife Heidi Latcham with none other than Casey Stewart, the daughter of ‘world hottest grandma’ Gina Stewart.

“Mike and Casey have been spending a lot of time together and she stays at his place on the Gold Coast a lot,” a source allegedly told Woman’s Day.

“They’re planning to go public after the show, once Mike’s commitments finish.”

Casey ‘liked’ several of Mike’s photos earlier this year, but notably none including his ‘wife’ Heidi.

Before going on the show, Mike claimed he’s still single because he’s ‘too deep thinking and sensitive’.

“His kindred spirit will be a confident and non-judgmental woman who appreciates his sensitive side and embraces his vulnerabilities, rather than running from them as others have in the past,” his Married At First Sight bio read.

“He’s finally ready to settle down himself, love has not been so easy to come by.

“Describing himself as sincere, complicated and inquisitive, it seems these qualities are not appreciated on the dating scene.”
