MAFS star Martha's unbelievable transformation

Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis has been open about indulging in some cosmetic enhancements, and now before and after photos show us just how those procedures have helped change up her look.

A throwback photo of the now-30-year-old shows her sporting less plump lips and a slightly differently structured nose, a stark contract to her current look which has landed her the title of a Kim Kardashian lookalike.

Martha hasn’t been one to shy away from what work she’s had done, and even told husband Michael Brunelli about it when they went on their honeymoon.

Going on to explain the greater details in recent interviews, the reality star has admitted to a bit of botox, a breast augmentation and a nose job.

“I don’t have fillers in my lips – but I do have them in other places on my face. And I’ve had my boobs done,” she recently told NW magazine.

“I do Botox but I like to keep it really understated and natural, so I don’t like to look like I’ve had anything done. If you can tell you’ve had it done, then it’s gone wrong.”

She’s also spoken about how important it was for her to know what her husband’s opinion was of her appearance.

“A lot of guys have made up opinions about cosmetic surgery and Botox and fillers and they have this one opinion and they don’t change their minds about it,” she previously told 9Honey.
