Yahoo Lifestyle MAFS star Layton Mills surprises Melinda with ring on one year anniversary
Married At First Sight star Layton Mills has marked his first anniversary with Melinda Willis with an extra-special gift.
Melinda and Layton, who were paired up together on the show, celebrated their 12-month anniversary on Sunday (August 27), with the two getting dressed up and heading out for a fancy dinner.
In a joint Instagram post, Melinda shared three photos of the special night and revealed that Layton gave her a "beautiful eternity ring" to mark the relationship milestone.

"On Sunday night we celebrated the 12 month anniversary of Melton," began Melinda's caption. "Who would have thought! What an absolute crazy ride it's been and you guys have been there with us, through it all."
The MAFS bride thanked fans for their "constant love and support", before teasing her new piece of jewellery.
"The 3rd slide shows the beautiful eternity ring Layton gave me on the night," the caption concluded, with an accompanying doe-eyed face emoji and the hashtag #sweetheart.

Melinda showed off her silver, diamond-encrusted eternity ring whilst holding a glass of wine.
The couple enjoyed some oysters for their extravagant anniversary dinner, seen in another photo.
Melinda also shared a snap of them dressed up for the occasion, with the two wearing coordinating black outfits.

Melinda and Layton are one of two couples who have gone the distance since Married At First Sight season 10 ended (the other successful match being Ollie Skelton and Tahnee Cook).
The fiery couple celebrated another relationship milestone in July when Layton relocated to Melinda's native Brisbane to move in with her.
Appearing on the Back to Reality podcast, he revealed he would be "packing up my life here in Sydney" in the not too distant future.
