While eating healthy and exercising are obviously health essentials, getting a restful night’s sleep is also crucial for keeping your body and mind in tiptop shape.

According to the American Sleep Association, between 50 million and 70 million adults in the U.S. have a sleep disorder. While those disorders can range from insomnia to snoring and sleep apnea, the main takeaway is that a lot of us aren’t sleeping very well.

However, don’t let those stats startle you. There are a few things you can do to improve your quality of sleep, including optimizing your bedroom and wearing blue light glasses, but if you have an Audible membership, you have many more resources right at your fingertips.

While you may already be familiar with Audible’s guided wellness programs and newspaper perks, you won’t want to sleep on (pun intended) the audiobook service’s Sleep Collection.

According to Audible, “each track created in this collection is created specifically to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up in the right morning mindset.” From ASMR to soundscapes and sound baths, there are tons of relaxing audio options for you to test out when you’re winding down at night or trying to fall asleep.

The Sleep Collection also has bedtime stories and meditations narrated by celebrities like Nick Jonas and Diddy, both of which seem to be popular with reviewers.

Uplifting and encouraging! It put me in a meditative state. Very zen and relaxing. Perfect,” one reviewer wrote of Diddy’s track.

“Unbelievable,” another added.

Luckily for those with Audible memberships, this sleepy time content is free, but for those without memberships, many of these tracks are available to be purchased individually.

And, as always, you can take advantage of Audible’s 30-day free trial and test out all of the content you like free of charge. After your first month is up, your subscription will renew for $14.95 per month, but you can cancel your membership at any time you like.
