The US version of the hit reality series kicked off its debut season earlier this year, hot off the heels of the UK version's success.
Streamer Peacock has now revealed who will be joining host Alan Cumming for the next season in the Scottish castle, with Ekin-Su and (unexpectedly) former UK Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow both taking part.
Other reality stars on board include Love Island USA's Carsten 'Bergie' Bergersen, The Challenge's Chris 'CT' Tamburello and Johnny 'Bananas' Devenanzio, Big Brother's Dan Gheesling and Janelle Pierzina, and Survivor's Parvati Shallow and Sandra Diaz-Twine.
Bling Empire's Kevin Kreider, Dancing with the Stars' Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Shahs of Sunset's Mercedes 'MJ' Javid, The Bachelor's Peter Weber, Married to Medicine's Phaedra Parks, and Real World: Las Vegas' Trishelle Cannatella are also taking part, as are boxer Deontay Wilder and basketball player Marcus Jordan.
The show format sees the group put together in the castle as some are designated as Traitors among a group of Faithfuls, with the secret Traitors working together to try and eliminate other contestants and win a grand prize.
The US series was renewed back in February, producer Stephen Lambert saying at the time: "We hugely enjoyed making the US version of this hit format with NBC and giving Peacock’s audience a highly bingeable murder mystery game full of intrigue and dramatic twists.
"This is the game which shows how people judge each other, often leaping to false conclusions, in a way that’s revealing and entertaining, and we’re excited to be making a second season with Alan as together we build on the success of the first."
The Traitors US airs on Peacock in the US.
