According to police records obtained by TMZ, the reality TV personality was at the concert venue The Roxy in Atlanta on Monday, Sept. 30, when she was escorted out of the event for being disorderly. While one police officer tried to bring Smith, 26, to her Uber, Smith is said to have attempted to punch the officer, though she was unsuccessful.

"She attempted to punch me, with a closed fist, however, she did not make contact with me," the arresting officer wrote in a warrant obtained by The Sun, adding that Smith "also attempted to kick me multiple times" while in handcuffs.

"While [Smith] was being transported to Cobb County Adult Detention Center, she stated she was going to kill me and my sister multiple times with the purpose of terrorizing said victim," the officer further stated.

As a result of the situation, Smith was charged with two felonies: terroristic threats and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

According to The Sun's report, Smith was released on $8,000 bond under the terms that she must “submit to random alcohol/drug tests at her own expense.”

Smith—who is known for appearing on the most recent season of Love Island USAhas not spoken out publicly about her recent legal woes, and has even resumed posting her regular content on social media without any mention of the arrest.
