Lizzy Musi, Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings Star, Dead at 33 After Battle With Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Professional race car driver Lizzy Musi, who rose to fame as a cast member of Discovery Channel’s Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings, died on Thursday following a year-long battle with Stage 4 breast cancer. She was just 33 years old.

The news was confirmed by Lizzy’s father, Pat Musi, in a post on Facebook. “Surrounded by her family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25 pm tonight,” he wrote on June 27. “Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle. At this time, the family would like to have time to process, [grieve] and make arrangements in peace. We will give an update as soon as we have information to share.”

Musi shared her difficult diagnosis in April 2023, writing this message in an Instagram post: “Hey everyone, I haven’t been able to have much time to post due to an unexpected life change. A few days ago I have been diagnosed with Triple Negative Stage 4 Breast Cancer that has moved to my lymph nodes to my liver. … I have a rough journey ahead of me. I appreciate everyone’s messages and calls.”

She kept her followers regularly updated during her struggle, bravely documenting even her most difficult moments — including when she decided to shave her head after experiencing “extreme hair loss” due to chemotherapy.

“Here is the new me,” she wrote in a caption next to a photo of her newly shaven head. “Some days are tough to look in the mirror, but there are days where I feel stronger than ever.”
