While messing around backstage at “Hamilton,” stars Lin-Manuel Miranda and Phillipa Soo hijacked Fallon’s phone and recorded a freestyle rap for anyone who leaves the “Tonight Show” star a voicemail.

“Leave a message at the beep like an eagle grabs with his talons / you’re leaving a message for Jimmy Fallons,” Miranda raps while Soo beatboxes.

“He’s got various talents, but listen, he’s got lots of s*** to do so please respect the balance,” he continues. “Leave a message at the sound of the tone, this is Lin Miranda freestylin’ on his phone. He paid a lot of money for this, please be sweet, and please leave a message at the sound of the beep.”

“Hamilton” fans were impressed by Miranda’s ability to come up with such a catchy voicemail on the spot.

“The most talented man on earth,” one person said.

“That’s more impressive than anything I’ll do ever,” another user commented.

“HE IS LITERALLY A MUSICAL GENIUS,” a third person added.

People were equally impressed with Soo, who plays Eliza Hamilton in the show.

“Yoooooo. Pippa with the rhythm tho,” one person said.

“Let’s just take a second to appreciate Phillipa’s beatboxing tho,” another fan added.

Miranda’s voicemail message wasn’t free for Fallon. According to Playbill, the comedian paid for Miranda to record the memo as part of a fundraiser for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
