I’m not sure who said this and made the phrase kind of famous, but when I look at your stars, I think of “you’re a human being, not a human doing.” Sure, your to- do list is probably as long as your arm, but guess what? The list will still be long tomorrow and the day after that! So with that in mind, can you just rest? Just be? Give yourself the chance to reconnect with your soul.
