Lemonhead's New Offering Leaves Fans Saying They 'Need' Them 'ASAP'

Lemonhead, the nostalgic, spherical, citrusy hard candy, is venturing into new territory with its latest snack innovation.

The brand is debuting a new sweet treat, Lemonhead Ropes, according to food blog Snackolator, and fans are already eager to get their hands on them.

In a new Instagram post shared on Wednesday, Nov. 20, the insider announced the release with an image of the packaging alongside several other rumored candies.

"If you thought the candy releases lately were great, get ready for a whole lot more!" the caption teased, adding details about the Lemonhead Ropes: "the sample I got [to] taste earlier this year is my favorite rope candy yet!"

While the post included no official information on the date the product is expected to hit store shelves, it did include that it "should be out fairly soon."

Meanwhile, the new release was in good company, and is said to be among several other upcoming drops, including Reese's Red Velvet, Butterfinger Salted Caramel, SweeTARTS Gummy Halos, and Jolly Ranchers' two offerings: Chewy Poppers and Freeze Dried.

"Which ones are you excited to try?" the blogger asked his followers. "I feel like the only acceptable answer here is 'all of them!'"

In the comments section, foodies chimed in with their reactions to the candy lineup.
