Serves: 4 (makes 16 balls, 4 balls is 1 serve)
Prep Time: 15 minutes + 1 hour to set
250g instant oats
60g chocolate protein powder
2 coffee shots
160ml maple syrup
3 tablespoons desiccated coconut 25g almond meal
15ml coconut oil, melted
Add the oats to a food processor and process until it forms a fine consistency.
Add all remaining ingredients to the food processor with the oats and process until the mixture is well combined.
Portion the mixture into tablespoon quantities and roll into balls. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
This recipe serves 4 so you could make 16 medium balls and have 4 at a time or you could make 24 smaller balls and have 6 at a time.
Freeze these once rolled in an airtight container for up to a month.
