The latest Tammy Hembrow-approved trend taking over Instagram

There’s so many different trends popping up on Instagram, it can be hard to keep up.

The latest trend you may have seen when scrolling through the social media app recently, is a rather interesting looking sitting pose.

With males often being called out for ‘man spreading’, it seems women are making this specific sitting stance their own.

Dubbed ‘woman spreading‘ on the social media site, the likes of mega-influencer Tammy Hembrow and sisters, Khloe and Kim Kardashian, are fans of it.

There’s even a whole hashtag on Instagram dedicated to woman spreading, and it seems it’s a trend that’s here to stay.

While it seems there’s various ways to construct ones take on the pose – for example, just the simple spreading of the legs – many people appear to opt for a more modern version.

Plain and simply it involves raising one of your knees and resting your elbow on it, while having your other leg relaxed at an angle – voila!
