Kylie Jenner gets dirty in XXL double denim with... her twin?
It's not often Kylie Jenner is pictured stripped back and covered in (what looks like) mud and sweat, dressed in a full-length look of XXL double denim, and dragging her equally-as-dirty doppelgänger. Yet, here we are.
In a selection of images that dropped today (Thursday 31 August) by Swedish fashion brand — Acne Studios — the reality star and makeup mogul can be seen wearing a pair of massively oversized, distressed, wide-leg jeans teamed with a matching XXL denim jacket, a mini denim bandeau, and a beaten-up, leather trench.
Why? Well, she’s the new face of Acne Studios' AW23 denim collection.
Kylie has been really upping her sartorial experimenting and high fashion game recently, wearing the likes of new gen British-Turkish designer Dilara Findikoglu, and peppering her wardrobe with iconic pieces by luxury legend label Maison Margiela, as well as quiet luxury super-brand The Row and sister Kendall's fave Khaite. So this provocative and v cool collab doesn't come as much of a surprise.
The brand began teasing the campaign and its mysterious star a few days ago. Comments went wild when the guesses began to zone in on Kylie. One person said, "could it be Ky?!! 🫣❤️🔥" while another commented, "KYLIE MOTHER!!!"
In a press release, Kylie said, "I love the organic relationship I’ve built with Acne Studios. I am a fan of the brand and I’ve worn their product over the past few years. This campaign is one of my favourites. I loved working with Carlijn and I love the simplicity of the images, they have strength in their directness."
Other images across the campaign shoot see Kylie also sporting a pair of bug eye-shaped sunglasses while topless. Yep! The beauty mogul even gets in a little nude action with shots of her smothered in sticky black oil, working wet hair, and dressed in nothing but a giant pair of jeans.
It's giving sexy mechanic, Kylie. And we're 100% here for it.
